Accordingly, we take all necessary measures to ensure that all personal data submitted to us is processed and protected in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

1. Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Personal Data

• Fulfillment of the Company’s legal obligations,

as per the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Additionally, such data may be transferred to servers, software, or cloud systems located in Turkey or abroad.

3. Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically to enable the Company to fulfill its contractual and legal obligations completely and accurately. Such data is processed and transferred, where necessary, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Our Company implements all necessary technical and administrative security measures in compliance with information security standards in order to protect your personal data against potential risks.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to:

• Learn whether their personal data is processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• Request correction if the data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• Request deletion or destruction of data if the reasons for processing no longer exist,
• Request notification of such actions to third parties,
• Object to outcomes against them resulting from automatic data analysis,
• Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data.
