This Privacy Policy explains how the Veriket File Classifier application handles information when you classify and label files.

What it processes

The application reads file content and metadata locally to suggest and apply classification labels according to your organisation's policies. Classification and labelling take place within your environment.

What we do not do

The application does not sell your data and does not transmit file content to third parties. Labels and related metadata are stored with the file and, where configured, recorded in your organisation's Siberson console.

Data control

Your organisation is the data controller for information processed by the application in its environment and determines retention and access.
