Dashboard
1.1 Main Dashboard
The Dashboard is the main page that greets the user upon logging into the Veriket Management Panel. It provides visualized summary reports derived from system-wide data.
- Filtering: Data can be filtered by time range (for example, a specific week or month) to view graphical information such as the number of classified documents.
- Navigation: Summary data includes links to open detailed reporting modules for deeper analysis.
1.2 Unstructured Dashboards
This section provides detailed reporting screens for unstructured data. Users can select “view details” to access specific insights, including:
- Admin, End User, and Machine Counts: Statistics on system users and devices.
- Active Policies and Classifications: The number of currently active rules and labels.
- Classification by Scope: The number of documents classified within a chosen date range.
- Top 10 Rankings: Highlights the top 10 users, domains, and file formats by document count.
- Processing Details: Visualization of actions (deleted, blocked by policy, and similar) and processing sources (Local-File, Filesystemwatcher, and similar).
1.3 Structured Dashboards
This section provides detailed reporting for structured data environments:
- Scope-Based Classification: View the number of classifications within a specified timeframe.
- Top 10 Rule-Based Detections: Displays the top 10 columns and words detected based on rules.
- Top 10 Policy-Based Detections: Shows the top 10 columns detected based on policies.
