Classification

3.1. Classification Scope

Classification in Siberson Verikor DLp is a two-stage process:

  1. Scope is selected.
  2. A classification level specific to this scope is determined.

Thanks to this structure, customized classification levels can be created for different departments or user groups.

Example: While "Confidential, Internal, Public" classifications are defined across the organization, an additional level such as "R&D Special" can be added to this list specifically for the R&D department.

Features

  • Each scope can be assigned a color code.
  • Scopes can be added, deleted, or updated.
  • The visibility of each scope can be filtered based on the user.

Which scopes are visible to whom is enforced through the rules defined in the "Scope Menu View Filter" policies.

3.2. Classifications

In this section, classification levels to be used after selecting a scope are defined. Different sets of classification levels can be created for each scope.

Access

Classification Settings> Accessed via the Classifications menu.

Core Features 

New classification levels can be added, and existing ones can be updated or deleted.

For each classification level:

  • Description
  • Color Selection

3.3. Sensitivity

Sensitivities ensure that documents are labeled not only according to corporate classification levels but also in compliance with legal frameworks such as personal data and special categories of data. In this way, a structure compatible with data protection regulations like KVKK and GDPR can be established.

Access

Classifications -> Accessed via the Sensitivities menu.

  • New sensitivity levels can be created, and existing ones can be updated.

  • For each sensitivity:

    • Description
    • Color selection
